- A rotary table that turns through 360 degrees to enable assembly without rotor damage. This unit is an integral part of all rebuild centres throughout Australia.
- Hydraulic presses and induction heating elements are used for non destructive disassembly and to enable future diagnoses, important in accessing element life expectancy.
- Poly bearing mounting tools are used to ensure that no assembly damage is inflicted on the bearings, increasing both bearing and rebuild life.
Our Champion rebuild centres are all outfitted with componentry assessment tools including crack detection equipment and precise internal/external dimension measuring equipment.
