Our service department works behind the scenes to make sure that your air compressor continues to work service to service without downtime! Champion's sophisticated computer reporting system continually scans your maintenance history information to notify us to contact you to arrange the next routine maintenance service on your air compressor.

Once out at your premises, our service crew will act to:

  • Perform preventative maintenance functions as described in your compressors' operations manual.
  • Dispose of the lubricant from the machines listed under your agreement in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Replace components deemed to be unsuitable for operation for the period to the next visit, ensuring your air compressor performs service to service without downtime!
  • Complete functional tests on attached ancillary equipment and complete reports required under our ISO9001/2000 accreditation.
  • Undergo functional testing and cleaning of automatic condensate drains on the air dryer and primary air receiver attached to the compressors as listed in your agreement.
  • Advise you of any upcoming issues that may affect your compressed air supply.

And most importantly, we will provide a 24 hour breakdown service with most calls attended to within two hours, 7 days a week.
